I painted the
pole of wood, and strung the beads into 4 strings
of beads, each containing one colored bead. Then, I
glued the bells on the pole. I then weaved fringed
paper between the rows of bells and glued on the
feathers. Last, I put 2 cowbells on the end of the
two of the strings of beads.
