I built this instrument out of wood, eye screws and guitar strings. You can change the pitch by tightening or loosening the eye screws. The volume changes depending on how hard you pluck or strum it. Its timbre is twangy and tinny. This was an interesting assignment. It was fun coming up with ideas for my own instrument.
