My instrument belongs to the Percussion family because you need to hit it on something to make a sound. The way you shake the instrument will cause it to make a long or short sound. You can tap the metal end of the Pringles can to make a sound.

I call my instrument the Maracees, which means two Maracas, put together. It is made out of two Pringle cans. One at each end and in the middle is a paper towel roll. I stuffed paper towels in the paper towel roll so the seeds don't go through it. The seeds are put in the Pringles cans.
