This is how I made my instrument. First, I painted the neck of the banjo blue and then I painted the cookie tin red. A hole was cut in the tin for the neck. I put screws in the tin to hold the neck in place. Three screws were put at the top of the neck to hold the strings. I then cut the wood to make bridges. I attached the strings to each end by tying knots and then I put the bridges in place.
