The Bungie-Base The instrument that I made is called a Bungie-Base. I used a cardboard tube covered with felt. A long balloon is taped to the tube. The other end of the balloon is attached to a peanut can. To change volume, I pluck the balloon harder for loud sounds and softer for quiet sounds. To change the pitch of the Bungie-Base, the tighter the balloon, the higher the pitch.
