This musical instrument is called Rubber band
Lap Harp. Amber's dad helped make the instrument.
To make the harp's shape, Amber's dad had to use a
pipe bender. To hold the rubber bands we used 1
inch screws. Amber's dad used a wrench to tighten
the screws. Amber and I took rubber bands and put
two knots in the center, so there were two spots on
a string. Then Amber and I stretched them out and
put each side of the rubber bands on the screws.
After we finished the project, we invented the name
Rubber band lap harp.
