TRI-TRAD
by Fabricio R. My instrument is called “Tri-trad” because it produces different sounds with different objects that seem to be like “track-track”. My instrument belongs to the percussion family because different fillings hit the glass bottles and create different sounds. The materials I used are glass, marbles, wire, scotch tape, dices, wooden sticks and a metal base used to let the dishes dry. My parents helped me by giving me many ideas, buying the materials and building the little tool. To build the instrument my dad tied the wire to the glass bottles in which I put the dices, the marbles and the balls. I compared the sounds with different materials before finishing it. |
