Description: it is a percussion instrument, idiophone, of wood. I sounds like "tic-tic" if struck at one part and at the other part it sounds like "toc-toc".

Materials:

a piece of bamboo

two small sticks of bamboo

a piece of string:

Tools:

a hand saw

some indelible paint

scotch tape

Procedure:

I took some bamboo cane and I cut it with a hand saw. I cut two small, thin bamboo sticks to make the beaters. I painted the bamboo with paint. I used scotch tape to fasten a piece of string just inside the largest piece of bamboo on both ends.
