Description:

a cordofono with cords made from rubber bands and a soundbox of cardboard. It makes an unusual and loud sound.

Materials:

cardboard box

5 rubber bands

two pieces of cardboard

colored tissue paper

fourteen little nails

Tools:

adhesive ribbon

scissors

glue

Procedure:

Take a closed cardboard box, like a shoe box. Cut a hole in the top. Take the little nails and insert them in the ends, seven on each side. Using two pieces of cardboard I made two thicknesses that I positioned on both sides of the opening. Take the rubber bands and stretch them from one end to the other around the nails. I decorated my instrument with colored paper.
