My instrument is called Lesa's
Maracas. I got the idea for making my instrument from
Mrs. Rexford. my instrument belongs to the percussion
family. One interesting thing about my instrument is
that one is loud and the other is soft.
To make my instrument I used the following
materials: coke bottles, beads, rocks and buttons. I
found my materials in the art room at school.
I made my instrument by putting beads, buttons,
and rocks in the bottles. One person who helped me was
Mrs. Rexford. She helped by giving me the bottles. The
biggest problem I had when making my instrument was
how many rocks, beads and buttons to put in the
bottles.
