My instrument is called Dot Rockers. I made it by cutting a paper towel tube into three sections. Then I painted the tubes flashy colors. Then I stapled one end of the tube.

Next I put in different items. One contained rice, another contained popcorn seeds and the last one held dry beans. After all the contents were inside each tube, I stapled the other end.

Finally, I put on dozens of vibrant dots in a dazzling pattern.

Then shake your Dot Rockers and hear different sounds! You hear a difference in the sound, because the weight of each item and shape causes different sounds.
