How I made my instrument: First, I made a whistle by cutting a small slit in a straw. Then I wrapped paper around the straw and stuffed it into a cake holder. Next, I put holes in the cake holder and decorated the straw and holder with markers.
How my instrument makes a sound: The sound is produce by blowing through the straw. Different pitches can be heard when you cover the holes. |
