unique design modeled after a xylophone, the Color Wheel is made out
of a wood base with different size metal bars screwed into the base.
- The size of the metal bars is what creates different pitches or the
high and low
sounds of this instrument. Shorter bars produce a higher sound and
longer bars produce a lower sound.
- Different songs can be played on
this instrument, such as “Hot Cross Buns” or the like, sounding a
little lower than the standard xylophone because of its size.
