I found two PVC pipes around my house. My dad took me to Home Depot and got red, white, and blue tape. When I got home I put the PVC pipes in each other and screwed them together. I put the red, white, and blue tape around the PVC pipes.

The pitch is how high or low the sound is if you want a high pitch you tighten your lips if you want a lower pitch you make your lips looser. The timbre sounds like an elephant's roar.
