The Balloon-a-ma-Phone

Each balloon is tied to a string. The string is tied to a 1 inch nail (Sideways so as not to fall through the hole.) The balloon hangs about 2 inches from the top of the container.

Going from left to right the balloons are named, 1, 2, 3. Two songs are listed below.

TO A BIRTHDAY PARTY: 1,2,3,1,2,3,2,1,2,3,1,1.

UP A ROW : 1,2,3,1,2,3,2,3,2,3,1,1.

 

My instrument is called the Balloon-a-ma-Phone. It falls into the percussion family.

I made it with a 15 inch by 10 inch plastic storage container(without the lid.)

I used three balloons. One is pink and it's the biggest of the three. The second is red and it's the second smallest. The last is blue and it's the smallest.

I filled each balloon with half air and half water. The widths and heights of the big one are 33 cm and 35 cm. The widths and heights of the middle one are 21 cm and 22 cm. The widths and heights of the small one are 15 cm and 16 cm.

Then I drilled a hole, with the help of my dad, about 4 inches away from the end of the container. (Flip the container on its side.) The next hole was about 8 in away from the end. The third hole was about 11 in from the end. (Always go to the right with the given measurements.)
