DARK TORPEDO By: Emanuel S. The name of my instrument is The Dark Torpedo. I got my idea from my dad. The materials I used are: hot glue, spray paint, New Year's noisemakers, plastic, and a Pepsi can. The tools I used are a hot glue gun, scissors, and a knife. First I glued the plastic together. Then I cut the end to make it look like a torpedo. After that, I cut the Pepsi can in half and folded it in. Finally, I glued the two New Year's noisemakers to the top of the plastic. The decoration is simple. I spray-painted it black & red to make a reddish purplish color. The family that the Dark Torpedo belongs to is the woodwind. The sound produces a sound like a clarinet. It makes only one sound. The quality of the sound is sharp and piercing. The Dark Torpedo has a very loud sound. My dad helped me make this instrument.  My dad cut the ends & cut the Pepsi can in half. The biggest problem is that the paint would drip and fall on the garage floor and my dad was getting mad about that.
