THE DRUM SET By: Bailey C. The instrument I made is The Drum Set.  I got this idea from seeing the people who made the drum set last year. It also looked really interesting and fun to make!  I used coffee cans and paint cans. I also used nails, nuts, screws, and a drill. I got all of my materials from my house.  I needed to use an electric drill, screwdriver, and a wrench. These are the steps I used in the process of building my instrument.  First, I gathered all of the instrument supplies that I was going to need. I then took the coffee cans and drilled a hole on each side of them. I used nails to hold each of the cans together. Once everything was set correctly I laid old paper down on my table and spray-painted the whole set. (Except for the top.) To decorate my instrument I used dry erase board markers and colored a little portion of it. Then I used foam letters and wrote "Battle of The Bands" on the front of it!
