TAMBOBLING By: Bogi B. The name of my instrument is the Tambobling. The way I got the idea for it is that I was watching MTV and I saw some guy playing the tambourine. The materials I used were two metal plates, some rubber bands, and beads. I obtained those materials from the kitchen and my mom's jewelry box. The tool I used was a glue gun. The process I went through to make the instrument was that I had to put the rubber bands over the plates but first I had to put some beads inside the two plates. On the rubber bands I glued some gems. The way I decorated the instrument is that I glued the gems to the rubber bands. This instrument belongs to the percussion family. My instrument makes a tambourine-like sound. To make the sound you have to hit it or shake it. It can make two sounds. The sound that it makes is a shaky tambourine and plucky sound. The instrument is very loud. I had no help, I made this all by myself. The trouble with making this was the glue since I burned myself.
