Shake-Shake

The name of my instrument is Shake-Shake. My instrument belongs to the percussion family. I used Chrystal Light containers to make my instrument. First, I took two Chrystal Light containers and peeled off the labels. Next, I cut sandpaper to fit around the containers. Then, I took rice and popcorn kernels. I put rice in one container and the kernels in the other. Then, my mom hot-glued the sandpaper to the containers. Finally, when the glue dried, I put stickers on the lids. I made the instrument by myself. My mom helped me a little. You play it by shaking it or scratching it together. I especially liked feeling the rice and the kernels.
