My Ahnakeya Chime

My chimes are made out of wood, screws, string and keys. My uncle helped me on the project in his garage. I got to drill the holes in the wood. Then I got to saw the wood in half. I ran the router to make the sides of the chime and the middle pieces. My uncle let me stain the wood and wipe it off. After the screws were put in it, my grandma and I hung the keys.

Sound is made on my instrument by tapping the keys that are hanging down. I can also make sound by shaking it.

If I hit just one key, it sounds softer. If I hit all the keys, it sounds louder. The pitches are different depending on the size of the key I hit.
